Prof. Jie Xue, Shandong Normal University, ChinaTitle: Hypergraph based P Systems for Brain Tumor Image ProcessingProfessor, doctoral supervisor,Taishan scholar of Shandong Province, Dongyue scholar of Shandong Normal University, mainly engaged in the research of new biological heuristic computing models, artificial intelligence algorithms and their applications in medical image processing, especially the clinical research of brain tumors, fundus lesions, and pancreatic cancer. Various new parallel computing models, such as the simple complex membrane system, have been proposed, and machine learning algorithms based on these models have been designed. At the same time, a series of application research results have been achieved by combining the algorithms with clinical needs, providing theoretical and practical support for AI assisted personalized precision medicine. Published over 40 SCI journal papers as first author or corresponding author in relevant fields, including IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (IF=19.118), Information Fusion (IF=17.564), Medical Image Analysis (IF=13.828), Neuro Oncology (IF=13.029), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, etc. Hosted one sub project of the National Key Research and Development Program, three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and one major innovation project in Shandong Province. Led the team to be youth innovation team in Shandong Province's higher education institutions and an outstanding five lead graduate guidance team. |
